How can I return the products I ordered?
Products purchased through Fimkastore.com are not eligible for returns. However, you may request an exchange for items you are not satisfied with or that were delivered incorrectly.
Can I exchange products I don’t like?
Yes. You can easily create an exchange request for products you do not like within 7 days after receiving your order.
How does the exchange process work?
After creating an exchange request through our customer service representatives, our team will share the address details where the products should be sent.
Once the products reach our warehouse, they will be inspected.
For items that are:
- Undamaged in packaging
- Unused
- Suitable for resale
a coupon equivalent to the product value will be issued to your account. You can use this coupon for your future orders.
How can I create an exchange request?
You can easily submit your exchange request through our customer service representatives.
After your request, our authorized team will contact you within 3–4 business days to provide the necessary information.
Do I have to send the products back?
Yes. Products for which an exchange request has been created must be sent to our warehouse. Exchange requests cannot be approved until the products are received.
Do I have to select new products immediately after creating an exchange request?
No. Once your exchange request is approved, a coupon will be issued to your account. You can use it whenever you like.
Do I need to pay an additional fee for exchanges?
No. A coupon will be issued to your account after deducting only the shipping cost from the total value of the exchanged products. No additional fees are required.
What is the exchange shipping cost?
The shipping cost for sending products to our warehouse is determined by the shipping carrier. This amount will be deducted from your coupon balance.
I created a request—when will it be approved?
Once the products arrive at our warehouse, they will be inspected. If they meet the required conditions, your exchange request will be approved and the coupon will be issued to your account.
Can I use multiple coupons in the same order?
Yes, you may use multiple coupons in a single order as you wish.
Do I have to use my coupon immediately?
No. You can use your coupon at any time within 6 months after it is issued.
Coupons that are not used within 6 months will automatically become inactive.
My 7-day exchange period has passed. Can I still create a request?
Exchange requests must be created within 7 days after the product is delivered. After this period, the right to request an exchange expires, and no action can be taken for the related products.
Can I cancel my order?
If the products you ordered cannot be supplied, your order will be automatically canceled by us.
Apart from this, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled upon customer request.
